2 pcs spare o rings for any stock Gaggia Classic or Pro or EVO steam valve (only accessible on modified stock steam valves).

It is food grade red silicone.

It is ONLY needed in the case the spindle becomes hard to turn or if the valve leaks where the spindle exits the valve body (IT WILL NOT FIX DRIPPING STEAM WAND).

It is NOT necessary to replace it every time you disassemble the steam valve for cleaning, only if the o ring itself is failed. as detailed in the video below:

You can ONLY replace it on a modified stock steam valve (not the Shades of Coffee version) available from my shop, or DIY modified according to the video below:

You should also find it locally if that’s the only thing you need, it’s probably not worth to ship on its own from me.

It is a BS008 size (4.47mm / 0.176″ Inner Diameter ; 1.78mm / 0.070″ Cross Section ; 8.03mm / 0.316″ Outer Diameter)

It must be food grade and temperature resistant to 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit

Ideal Shore Hardness is around 70

I prefer the Red Silicone ones, however Viton could also be used as long as it matches the specification above.
