Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates:
Standard 2-6 weeks, Courier (FedEx, UPS, or similar) 5-10 days
1-50g 8.30 GBP 52.00 GBP
51-500g 12.60 GBP 52.00 GBP
501-2000g 31.10 GBP 52.00 GBP
2001-3000g N / A 52.00 GBP
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
TRACKING
Both Standard and Courier Shipping methods are tracked, however Standard Shipping Method is provided by Hungarian Post where tracking will only be available until the parcel leaves the Hungarian border. Depending on the destination country, the tracking number provided may or may NOT work on the local post’s tracking site, for further tracking.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries at this moment:
Russia, Ukraine
CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES
When ordering from us, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes..
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, Import Fees
), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):
- Product category and price
- Shipping costs and package weight
- Customs clearance channel
- Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
IMPORT REGULATIONS
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders can only be shipped to billing address which has to be identical to address on card or payment method.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday to Friday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
The duration of shipping on the website is an estimated average, however Standard shipping has a timerframe of 12 weeks. Loss could only be reported after this 12 weeks, when the shipping supplier performs an “item search”, which takes another 6 weeks. Re-shipping will only occur if the shipping supplier declares the Loss of the item. Courier shipping has a timerframe of 30 days. Loss could only be reported after this 30 days, when the shipping supplier performs an “item search”, which takes another 8 days. Re-shipping will only occur if the shipping supplier declares the Loss of the item.
